Yesterday I had the pleasure of doing a photoshoot with little Miss Allayna here. She was a natural in the studio. I dare you not to be like “aaaaaaaw”.

Americana

As much as I love Canada, and living here, there is a certain something about small town America that tugs on my heart strings. This photo was taken during me and some of my girlfriends annual (Janual) roadtrip through Washington state.

Stars Stripes and Chewing Gum

I’ve been to Seattle many, many times. I was there last week, and it was the first time I ever saw this. How one can miss a wall covered in chewed gum, I dunno.

I left my own piece behind too.

Winter = Ramshackled Creativity.

I am quite possibly the worst blogger ever, or maybe I’m just super uninspired lately. Winter can do that to a girl. Going to work in the dark and coming home in the dark kind of drains you a little bit. Thankfully days will start to get longer now, and soon it won’t feel like I’m constantly living in the dark.

Artisan Market = Fun Place to Christmas Shop!

On December 11th I am participating in the Langley Artisan Christmas Fair. I will be selling my wares along with a bunch of other local and amazing artisans. You should definitely come check it out! Besides my photography, there will be handmade jewelry, pet treats, baking, statues, candles, dolls, yarn art (hats, scarves etc.) and a lot more. It’s a great place to get a lot of your shopping done in one spot without having to fight your way through the mall. Also you’ll be supporting your local artisans, which is always a nice thing to do. For more information and a list of vendors participating in the market visit http://www.eventgal.ca/EventGal/ArtisanMarket.html
